Cross Docking
Our cross-docking strategy allows a better distribution of the merchandise in the warehouse, where it remains very little time after receipt.
This process makes it possible to reduce the picking process, since it only requires crossing the warehouse (cross the docks).
With this distribution method, the supplier’s goods are received in the warehouse, treated if necessary, and released to be sent to the customer in less than 24 hours. In these cases, the traditional picking process, where the merchandise is placed on the shelves, should not be carried out.

Picking consists of preparing orders by collecting and combining loads to assemble a customer’s order. The nomenclature comes from “pick and pack” where the different packages are received from suppliers to prepare and pack the items to schedule shipping.
